Common Questions
Straight answers to what clients usually ask before working with Stone Wharf.
- Do you do standalone audits?
- A written audit report is usually ready within a couple of weeks. We'd rather give you a useful answer than a hard sell either way.
- Can I cancel if it's not working?
- No hidden penalty clauses — the terms are short enough to actually read. You can review the exact terms before the first payment goes through.
- How do we get started?
- We ask more questions than we answer in the first two weeks, on purpose. Nothing goes live without your sign-off on the plan first.
- How long until I see results?
- Seasonality matters too — we'll tell you if your market has a slow stretch to plan around. We track this closely enough to tell you early if the timeline needs adjusting.
- What if it doesn't work?
- We'd rather lose a client to their own success than to a vague retainer that never delivers. That honesty is part of why clients tend to stay well past the minimum term.
- Do I own my accounts and data?
- We work inside your existing accounts wherever possible rather than creating agency-owned ones. That's part of the written agreement from day one.
- How much does this cost?
- Costs vary by channel — a single-service engagement runs differently than a multi-channel one. Most clients find the number lands close to what's listed once we scope the details.
